The intolerable flaw in D is that it disorts the meaning of the original sentence. The first half of the orginal sentence says that among the energy produced in France, 75% of it comes from nuclear power. The sentence then makes a comparison that in Germany, over 33% of the energy produced comes from nuclear power. But when you look at D, it's trying to say that IN FRANCE, over 33% of the energy comes from neclear power in German, another contry. When we check if the format is parallel, more important thing is to make sure if it's logically consistent.

至此，总算是搞明白哪里歧义了，显然GMAT中平行很重要，但是逻辑意思是大标杆，毕竟这一个考验大家逻辑思维的考试。。。

斗胆说一句，个人认为薰衣草的解释还不是十分到位。
D可能会引发两种歧义：
1是如薰衣草说的“法国自产能源中有75%来自于核能，但法国总能源中只有33%多一点来自于德国的核能”。虽然构成歧义，但这两个句子放在一起没有太大的逻辑关系，因此歧义发生的可能性较小。更有逻辑关系的说法是“法国自产能源中有75%来自于核能，但法国总能源中只有33%多一点来自于核能”，说明进口的主要来自于核能。（呵呵，后半句扯远了，变成逻辑题了）
2是有些同学说的“法国自产能源中有75%来自于核能，但法国自产能源中33%来自德国的核能”，这个也不太可能，既然来自德国，就不是法国自产了。

D的错误在于：
第一句讲的是法国自产能源的问题，其中75%来自核能（剩下的来自别的能源来源），没有涉及进口能源。第二句讲“德国33%的能源来自于核能”，这就可能包括自产和进口两部分，即33%的能源可以既包括自产的也包括进口的，核能也可以包括自产的和进口的，所以基本上两个类比的范围就不一样，法国的只涉及国内自产部分，德国的包括整个能源市场。


之所以引起C和D之间的争议，我认为主要是C不是很严谨，因为前半句里，核能是法国能源的来源，而后半句中核能变成了能源的一部分。但基本上，核能和核能发电是可以等同的。所以权衡还是选C。

说的很好～两者对比范围确实不同～
