The intolerable flaw in D is that it disorts the meaning of the original sentence. The first half of the orginal sentence says that among the energy produced in France, 75% of it comes from nuclear power. The sentence then makes a comparison that in Germany, over 33% of the energy produced comes from nuclear power. But when you look at D, it's trying to say that IN FRANCE, over 33% of the energy comes from neclear power in German, another contry. When we check if the format is parallel, more important thing is to make sure if it's logically consistent.

完美的解释。D的确有歧义，考试的时候时间那么短，就很可能选D这个错误选项了。好tricky的一条题

一开始的时候选择的是D。不选C是因为平行，把75percent 和 nuclear power比了。而且nuclear power 构成德国33%的能源，说不通。
但是OG又选C。。 但是看OG的解释完全不理解那个THE 到底错在哪里，看来前面两位大N的解释就理解了，。
最后……这个题还是C D都有错的。主要看ETS 到底对哪一个比较PREFER。
