有关两个定语从句并列的在GWD逻辑中有这样的句子:

A significant number of complex repair jobs carried out by Ace Repairs have to be reworked under the company’s warranty. The reworked jobs are invariably satisfactory. When initial repairs are inadequate, therefore, it is not because the mechanics lack competence; rather, there is clearly a level of focused concentration that complex repairs require that is elicited more reliably by rework jobs than by first-time jobs. 也是两个that从句并列修饰level, 为什么中间没有加and呢?

因为第一个that 在从句中作宾语，（这个that 可省略）而第二个that 在从句中作主语，两个that在从句中所作成分不一样，所以 不能用and并列。
