我对题目的意思理解也是很有限的,我是根据选项来排除的:

Ace 有大量的修理工作需要重新做,重新做的工作都是很满意的,如果内部的修理出现问题,不是机器的原因,而是repair工作要求更信赖重新做的,不信赖第一次做的.

A.不是因为员工的不同导致重新做和第一次做的不同      取非,是员工不同导致两次做的不同,削弱结论:是工作的不同导致问题出现   也就是说,如果是因为员工的关系的话,把员工换换结论就不存在rework和first work的问题啦

B 竞争对手   无关信息,超出讨论范围

C 对第一次的保证是好的,对重新做的工作不保证  A significant number of complex repair jobs carried out by Ace Repairs have to be reworked under the company’s warranty.       assumption与原文相反,肯定错

同意楼上的。但是最后一句话，我的理解有点不同。我认为是，由于对复杂工作的专注程度，使得第二次修理比第一次更加可靠。
