那请问本科是商科的话读GE是不是有点浪费时间呢

读GE是为了给你更多的机会去实习、学法语、融入法国生活和找工作，读个MSC如果直接能在法国找到工作的话那当然爽了，但是如果读一年书就回国的话我觉得意义不大，只靠商学院学那点课程和法国的一张文凭，你在国内找工作时没有任何优势

弱问一下 1-tier指的是是top3？还是top5？

Finally finish reading all the pages here and I do wanna way that I love the questiones asked by JIM!!I think it's good questions every time.
OK.
Keep to the point, I saw ppl asked reccomendation for books to read for finance but I really want to know about marketing and luxury industry. I will go to France in Aug to do GE in essec this year and I am interested in MKT and lux.
Pld recommend some book for me to start knowing these industry because I did not study business in bachelor. Have almost no realy knowledge about them.

I personally think it should be Top-3. I hate doing so but I've to say again, HEC is the real tier-one, it makes difference. If you have offer from HEC don't hesitate.

oh Hey, sorry for omitting your post. I didn't mean to do so. The marketing students I know don't actually read text-books that much, essec will print out some manuals to students and recommend reference books . Just follow professors' guidance.....

different from finance, there is no "bible" or "must-read list" in marketing/luxury, what you learn in class and internship or even when talking with insiders is more important than text-book theories.
