即是产生的太阳能所用的每桶原油的价格比燃烧石油产生的每桶原油价格低，这样就经济有效性，隐含二者产生能量相等，否则无法比较。
原文还是这个价格都是35美元，
C说科技进步使得燃烧石油产生的效率增加，这就说明35美元虽然没变，但是所产生能量更多了，同样35美元所产生的太阳能产生的能量同样比以前更多，所以这经济有效性增加了，
其他选项都与括号内因素无关
