我刚开始做这道题目的时候，也有点昏头了。

仔细一看，其实里面有一个很绕的gap.
结论是：drivers who equip their vehicles with radar detectors are more likely to exceed the speed limit regularly than are drivers who do not.即在车上配置了雷达的人比车上没有配置了雷达的人更有可能超速。
而理由是thirty-three percent of all vehicles ticketed for exceeding the speed limit were equipped with them。33%因超速而吃tickets的车配置了雷达.
吃了tickets只代表了他超速了,并不代表more likely(更可能) to exceed the speed limit regularly,所以要给个link把这两个概念联系起来.
