谢谢回复  不过还是有点点不解
1. B说：most of the illegally copied programs would not be purchased even if purchasing them were the only way to obtain them.
也就是说 后半句的them 指的是 "illegally copied programs"
那怎么推出来 "then even if purchasing legitimate programs were the only way..."?

2. the sales of these programs (指的是legitmate programs) would not increase dramatically
那怎么得出 the loss to the industry is smaller ?
只能说sales上升不多   怎么能知道loss很少呢

对题的理解不深  还望NN指教~~

If a person who illegally copied a program would not purchase an illegally copied program, would the same people purchase the same legal program?

前几天纠结了很久也不知道为啥选B，现在看了觉得豁然开朗啊～
因为，那些非法复制的人都对这些软件不感兴趣(Most of the illegal copying is done by people with no serious interest in the programs)，
所以，损失很少；
因为，B选项：那些非法复制的人不会买这些软件即使买这些软件是他们获取的唯一方式（对“那些非法复制的人都对这些软件不感兴趣"的改写），

今天又看了一遍OG解释，我是这样理解的，公司利润下降和他的sales opportunities有关。而sales opportunities 的多少取决于感兴趣的购买者的多少。因为大部分的illegal copy是不敢兴趣者。所以感兴趣者的数量还是那么多。公司的利润也不会受多大影响。
比如X公司卖设计软件的，市场上大概有10000人对此软件感兴趣，他们很可能去买。但又有一些人非法copy这些软件，但是非法copy的这些不在这10000人中，也就是说感兴趣人的数量10000没有收到影响。所以公司的预期收益也不会有多大变化。

题目说：用盗版的人对这个软件没有真正的兴趣。选项：所以，如果没盗版了，如果只能买正版了，因为这些人只是玩票打酱油，他们显然就不会无聊的花钱去买个正版了??

似乎明白了一点了，我的理解是：因为即使购买软件是唯一获得的途径，非法复制的人也不会买软件，因此拿不到软件就无法进行复制，也就不会造成行业的损失；不知道对不对。。。

B可以理解；但是为啥不能选DE；相比较盗版的数量或损失都非常小，作为理由，为啥不可以？
