不太同意这种说法。

你所引用的这一段内容整个都是作者用来说明C一派对于D派的不正确解释的。从misrepresenting这个词，以及后面的冒号即可以看出；而且后文有in other words作承接，暗指这个短语的上下文都在陈述同一个观点（并不如你所说这个短语的上文是general的观点、下文是C的观点）；同时再后一段的首句Clark refutes the extremes of C又一次肯定了上文是C的观点。

这一段的冒号后面一共两句话，这两句话的逻辑关系即是证明冒号之前的这句话的，C派通过曲解D派，然后赢得支持（这也是文中for example想要表明的意思）。

A、B选项的分歧主要在于suppose所代表的是C派的行为本身，还是因为C派行为导致的社会general看法。以上的分析其实还是不能完全解决这个问题，我只能说比较倾向前者，所以选A。

读文章的时候自我感觉已经完全明白了，但做这个27题的时候竟然还是有两个选项混淆不清。极少碰到这种情况，这道题应该算要求很高的吧。

PS. 我以上的理解和解释，和19楼的说法（另一个支持B的解释）几乎在所有的方面都不相容。不知道大家有什么看法，希望继续讨论~~感觉这是一篇对于阅读能力很有好处的文章。

如果Believe后面的内容等同与the alternative to constructivism的话~~那我觉得A就更合适了~~~

当然也不排除Believe后面的内容就直接是解释前面被C misrepresenting 的technological determinism~如果这样的话~~~可能就应该选B

但是我觉得~~~在这里~~believe后面的内容似乎更倾向和the alternative to constructivism 意义相同~~~因为作者就是想说C得到支持~~很大程度上就是靠把D的含义曲解成 Believe后面的内容~~也就是the alternative to constructivism

我认为选择最重要是看懂文章的意思。看了多遍，好像看懂了。

技术决定论者被（构成主义者）认为应该相信， 比如， 机器能赋予社会各种适当的秩序。换句话说，这种构成主义的替代品（技术决定主义）应该认为技术是独立于社会之外的， 能够直接影响技能和劳动组织的。

在跟下面克拉克批驳的一对比，认为上面这两句话都是构成主义想当然的认为。所以感觉a好一点。
