关于考试题库的问题

我一直不明白为什么大家只隔了几天作文题目就不一样了呢？然后没有听见换题库什么的
这是为什么呢
例如在这位考了780的nn说作文是：

什么叫题库，题库就是里面有很多不同的题。。。

并不是每个人的题目都一样啊。

XDF说作文几经是无意义的因为题目是随机抽的。。话说我也很费解。。
