1. After 2 weeks of free from the treatment, a patient was sent back to the hospital, becuase great fever up to 39C, and the patient is shaking.
2. Although the patient is sent back ,it shows that the new therapy works. The reprogrammed T cell must be fighting the cancer cells.
3. In the past, scientists have always tried a different way to treat cancer, but that way always fails to have effect. But this new therapy, by reprgramming T-cells show the potential to cure cancer.
4. The new therapy modify T-cell and attack the cancer cells. Although the T-cells may also attack antibody B-cell, scientist says that B-cell can be supplemented by injection.
5. A same result was produced from another research center, where a lym.... disease was curred by the same way. That patient was provided with the new therapy in 2009, and got another one in 2010, still in effect. 6 more patient also got the therapy.
6. Although 2-3 people died, a circumstance that sheds some goom on the situation, scientists still hope to use the therapy to cure cancers.
7. Poter, the founder, always want to make a difference to the mankind. But, he never thought that he could be part of the experiment.

我也弄了一下午的PREP SC,总共就搞了4题啊~情何以堪。。
看了一堆SC之后来看速度都成了一种享受了~

估计因为医务剧看多了，看到这种标题就兴奋~

1.Some clinical trials turn out promising for cancer patients with leukemia.
2.The drug that seems to be potentially working for fighting cancers is T-cells altered by Porter.
(1)Historical trials of T-cells didn't work because they cannot be amplified after rejected into patients' body.In this case the injected T-cells though effective could only work for a very short period and thus helped little.
(2)T-cells altered by Porter not only can fight against cancer diseases but can also be accepted by a certain receptor in human body. That's the innovative result of Porter's experiment.
3.Promising trials:
(1)Doctors and researchers from all around the country are reporting promising results of the effect of T-cells in the war agaist cancer. Some cases are listed in the article showing recessions of some cancer patients' recession of their serious condition.
(2)They found CD19- works.(cannot remember details of this para) Additionally, scientists are thinking of applying this treating trials to cancers in pancrea, brain, and lungs.
4.Safety first: While the future seems quite bright for Porter's finding of T-cells, there are two failures of the application reported (lately?). However, a series of promising results are still quite comforting to scientits and patients with cancers.
