There's a patient who suffers from the side-effect of new treatment of his cancer according to the report.
This patient has such unpleasant situation after he received a treatment that the T cells supposed to diminish after killing the bad cells in his body. The T cells are the ones which cover the bad and good cells in one's body, and they will remain there for a short period until they are diminished, so the bad cells will be killed and have minimal impact. However, in this patient's body, the B cells which covered by T cells are still being covered after 6months of the treatment, so the T cells occupy his body cells and produce a different experience to fight a war in his body.
Some doctors do think this experiment can bring the benefit for patients who have cancer. There are some successful cases before, a doctor stated that a patient of his used to get this experiment in 2008 and 2010, the respond were both fabulous.
However, some cases are still questionable about this experiment.
Safety:
The result discourages the exploration of this experiment, and the experiment is still in the introductory state, so the doctors need to treat the experiment more carefully.

3.总结原因，猜想是因为，存活下来的J人的T-cell成功的产生抗体，而没有成功的病人是因为，他们的T-cell没有成功的匹配，没有粘合，所以死亡了。  J人的T-cell已经繁殖了几千倍
4.谈及T-cell的前景很大，又举了一个例子：比如CD-19的病人也成功的接种T-cell细胞（而且貌似都是成功的？），所以是promising future，NCI将要赞助这个项目
