1.大龄的MBA毕业生进这些项目有没有优势呢？当时觉得MBA Program的上升空间> being directly hired as an experienced.

1.大龄有优势
2.或许有更快的发展路径。但是这个事情是因人而异的，因为如果你已经发展很好，有很不错的空间，那建议不要读MBA了，机会成本耗不起。

Danaher见过，确实是做医疗器械的。要求巨高，只招HBS。

Medtronic的只招美国人。个人认为我的intern project present属于所有MBA LDRP associate中相当突出的，还是没有机会，只能走direct hire。但我知道Medtronic国内有rotation program，但和北美这个相当不一样，具体的没有了解，也许官网上有。

Liberty Mutual像是广撒网，好像没有什么明显的target school呢。说rotation pay不错的，至少10万+，前2年。之后回国也很不错至少70w-80w+吧好像。不过intern审查严格，今年夏天6个中国人，只有3个拿到了fulltime interview opportunity，也就是说另外3个都被唰掉了。

Eli Lilly往年intern在北美做，full-time回国，从今年起连intern都是在国内做了



我想说，北美industry大公司，几乎全部都有leadership program。但好或不好众说纷纭。有说好就好在给了多点exposure，可以接着LDRP的幌子多找人聊聊拓宽network。但具体做的project，也许1年半一个rotation，变更数次或取消，也许也能向tianya那样相当出彩，但听起来更多看运气了。
另外leadership program普遍岗位能比direct hire高一点。direct hire（尤其是大公司），一般都是specialist，leadership至少上手就是senior specialist，毕业后没准就是manager。小公司一般direct hire就是manager或associate manager的了。所以leadership普遍应该pay比direct hire要好吧。但LDRP工资没得negotiate，所以你之前工作年限长，其实挺不划算的，因为拿的是跟其他junior MBA一样的pay


不过很重要的一点~~~金融危机后，基本大公司rotation都只招美国人了~~~唉~~~~

Fortune 500的公司这种Leadership Program很多也是内部招聘可以参加的，所以机会就更少了，还是那句话，职业发展目标是industry的，还是一直在corporate的比较好，当然也可以走industry---MBA---Consulting---industry的路线。

另外，大龄的劣势是，即使你工作经验比别人多（一般leadership program招3-5年），所以你如果6-8年，机会面临起薪个他们一眼的尴尬局面。。。

当然，如果你确定rotation这2、3年outstanding，固然好。不然我自己觉得有点小浪费的
