主题题型可以用排除法：有对象，态度一致，无细节。这样来选的话，还是A比较好。

如果题目问文章的主要内容是什么，那么选E还差不多

而这题是问作者写这文章的目的，作者说了这么多都是说为什么学校会不重视这种课程，列举这些原因的目的就是希望学校去改进，也就是改变课程。

I think for Q15 choice E is better than A,coz if an article wants to "propose a particular change", the author should organize the article like this:first, why the change is important or necessary; second , how to change.

In this article, the author only do so in the first para,and he/she does not give any sugesstion about how to change.The rest of the article is all about why HR course did not gain presitige in B-school.

So, I vote for E.
