第一次做GWD选的A, 后来见E蛮不错的, 今天仔细想想各段的关系,觉得A更好. E更象是第二段的意思.

第一段:开门见山提出观点此课应该获得重视,然后三点论证

第二段:为什么以前学生对此课都不感冒, 也是三点论证

第三段: 学校为钱所迫,不得不考虑学生的意见.

The primary purpose is not to identify(E) factors, but to propose(A) sth..., the factors covered in the 2nd and 3rd paragraphs are telling why the existing conditions are such... need to be changed. (Yet...)
