我的理解是A选项的only太绝对了,只有interest rate fall的时候housing price才会升
原文只是说如果interest rate降的话，housing price会升

觉得写得不是很清楚，简单的说interest rate fall可以推出housing price 升，但是不是只有interest rate可以让housing price升，别的因素也有可能让housing interest升，所以A错B对

这道题以前有人问过的，LZ可以搜一下，我对那些什么必要条件充分条件之类的不是很清楚，所以只能从逻辑理解的角度讲，希望有帮到你

那么这个观点应该是和文中第一个观点相反的

那么第一个观点说不要regulation,第二个相反自然就是要regulation
