D的意思是说因为工会在某个industry里帮它所代表的妇女们赢得了wage increase，（因此使某个industry中的所有妇女wage增加），所以不被工会所代表的妇女也间接受益了，因此削弱了题目的结论，确实是因为工会化导致了收入增加。

E说在一个given indusrty里为某个employer工作的妇女的工会化会经常导致同一个industry里为另一个老板工作的妇女们工会化，这就是一个很明显的无关选项，与题目的结论没有一点关系。

这个指代其实我也没太弄清楚，网上查了查得出一个这么结论，我觉得因为别的选项都有明显错误，所以这里的it就算有一点点指代不清的感觉也是可以接受的
