同意10楼和13楼的解释.E是对"一个月前打疫苗一个月后才能有效果"的缺点的改进.有了合理预测就可以在爆发之前的一个月(或以上)就打疫苗

一点想法~~

因为效用是用了Vaccination 之后的one month 才会出來 所以未了省錢索性不用

但如果如E所說~ 預先知道了会有 fever, it will be effective used ahead of time now..
