For undergraduate levelhave no idea about graduate schools)
Gtech should be a semi-target for Atlanta IBD office and no target for other offices within US. You need to network your ass off to compete with ivy and other top schools for NYC office.

(Yale is not as strong in Finance as it is in other areas)

1st Tier:
Yale, Dartmouth, Columbia, Cornell, Penn (non-Wharton), Duke, Cal Haas, NYU Stern, Chicago, MIT

Georgetown, Brown, Northwestern, Rice, UVA, UMich Ross
