请教一个个人网页的问题

Thank you very much !  I'll report my materials  as you suggested. Although I don't know whether it's useful to contact prof is right or wrong,  I'll seize any chance that might be helpful for my application. Thank you !

in my opinion, it might be a good choice that you will report the main result and your future plan about pursuing phd in nus, and ask for advice about application, if you get a main result of your thesis. it is only my own opinion. it might be better to follow your own intuition. As for me, i am not sure that contacting pravitely prof. works in my application. However reporting your success in study and research is never wrong when you want to show your motivation and pursuits.

If you have confidence in your research result, you also can report your main findings in an short email to the department head, and dept. phd coordinator and sb. else who is likely to show interest in your research.

如果我既请这位教授帮我推荐下（当然也不知道行不行），也把论文结果发给录取的主席和委员会成员（告诉这位教授的情况下），这样会不会更好呢？

同意tcleng的观点。楼主在跟国外大学老师交流的时候尽量表现的professional一些，这样争取到推荐信的机会也很大。（当然现在这个老师对你的态度也不错了，anyway，professional一点对你还是有帮助的）
