选C，题目的意思就是说加油站卖给顾客的价格是P，P等于D（油站从分销商的拿货价格）外加4%的销售税，还要另加0.18刀/佳能的燃油税。所以p=D*(1+4%)+0.18

移一下等式，用P来表示D就是答案了
