寂静先，废话在后面

1．  AWA, 都在寂静里面。1)Argument: long experience leads to reduced cost, processing of color film and processing and food. 2) Issue: education is the primary provider for individual opportunities.

2．  Quant: 很多寂静，不难。

·          W, X, Y, Z 的题目。好像文W/X

·          球的几部分，有几经里面讲了

·          还有一些，都挺简单的。不过的我的pace最后有点紧张。前面太小心了。

3．  Verbal: 老实讲，不难，

·          阅读，都是寂静：加州华人劳工;，Marketing Strategy for service and non-service firm; wasp and ant remember things; 还有一个，也很容易。。
                不过文章好懂，题目不一定有把握

·          逻辑：那个新旧火车的题目。还有学校的student board vs normal student. 都容易懂，不过我时间有点赶

·          语法：句子总体来说短，比较直接。没有遇到见过得题

 

 

感受：a friend told me that G will never get you in but could kick u out. Unless you really have enough time to re-take it for above 750, a better strategy is to focus on essay writing. People are multiple dimensions and good GMAT score is only a small factor.

I want to thank you my friend E for encouragement and support. My sister, who is now studying in Brown Univ, wished me good luck yesterday and I am so touched. I used to guide her along and provide a lot of encouragement. Now it is her turn.

Plan for next step: apply for Round 2. essay writing and recommendation letter preparation. No mission is impossible if you stick to your plan.

 

I wish everyone good luck. I sometimes feel lonely and tired when I have to stay home alone to prepare for the exam, especially when I just finished  a tiring week from work. But when I log into Chasedream and found so much accompany, I feel ten times better.

 

Boys and girls, good luck! Work hard – for our family and friends.

求非的DS，a set of integrates > 2, they are either under M or N or both, (M, N are below),ask whether 11 is in N but not M, give 1) and 2)

 

9.       10³²-32的各个位数相加之和是多少？

选项记不清了，挺好算的，就是(32-2)×9+6+8=284

 

10.   给了一个直角坐标系，一条直线l₁过原点且过(-3,2)，问the slope of a line that is perpendicular with l₁ in the coordinate plane. 很简单，当时不认识perpendicular，猜垂直或者平行，幸好选项没有-2/3, 答案3/2.

 

11.   X=V²-U², Y=2UV, Z=V²+U², X=11, 求Z

(1)    Y=6

(2)    U²=xxx，具体忘了。

 

27.   R and S buy soft drink each with same price, buy the hot doy each with same price,but the hot dog price does not necessary the same,问hot dog的price

1.R比S少买X soft drink

 

41.   w/x = x/y =y/z ,问W/Z等于什么？
                

选项： w^2/ X^3 , w^3/X^3 w/X^2 之类的 我算了半天 最后发现 设比值为2 设z=1 就

43.   一个等bian三角形，有个半径是4的圆内切在三角形里，求三角形的高（altitude)   应该是12

 

一个人先骑车1小时16分钟，又跑步1小时20分钟，如果他总的时间再少2秒的话，总平均速度是10公里每小时，问这个人平均速度 （大概意思，具体数字不一定对）

 

44.   N是个整数.问5^N的N最大值.满足5^N可以被1000^1000整除..

 

45.   图画不出来，就是一个球，横着切成三部分，上下两部分完全一样，问球半径（还是直径来着）

  条件一，切面直径（貌似）

  条件二，中间部分厚度给出，上面部分的高度

  我选B因为厚度除以二加高度应该是半径了（待议）
