我同意这个看法，用if条件语义逻辑都很明白。而如果用B，形成make sth do sth，用法不对

我搞不清that accelerated 如何修饰a phenomenon。 个人认为如that accelerated 是同位语从句，觉得缺少主语。如是定语从句觉得缺少系动词。, 恳请指点。

题目的答案很明显，D是错误的。这里我想问的是，关于句子没有划线的的谓语动词是单数的is,这难道是因为the bulk of的关系？也就是说，所有的the bulk of以后都跟单数谓语？ 3ks
