看到现在好像还只有楼上jp_jou提到了选项C。我觉得值得讨论一下。
关于A，我觉得experiment做动词好像没有问题，即便是在constantly后面，表示过去的一般状态，一般过去时可以。
关于quest, 我一开始以为要用on这个介词，但后来查朗文英汉双解词典，说这个词常用于in quest of 这个短语，表示“探索”，还有和quest搭配的介词有of， for，确实没有to。而且它的用法好像很局限，就这么两条。
所以我觉得应该是C的问题，改为of having，而且含义也符合逻辑。

应该用one of the simple sugers, y因为是特指用于food processing的suger,所以前面要加定冠词THE
