记得你这道题应该是

Of the 60 animals on a certain farm,  2/3 animals are either pigs or cows.  How many of the animals are cows?

不然Of the 60 animals on a certain farm,  （没有主语）are either pigs or cows.  How many of the animals are cows?

cow+pig=60的2/3=40

if pig是13，cow至少27。13+27=40

if pig是14，cow至少29。14+29=43

所以C。
