雌海龟要十年后才回到海滩去生蛋，所以五年前没生出来的小海龟，如果不是因为污染而死，那也要等十年后才回海滩，这种情况现在是看不出来的，因为才过了五年。所以，论点说，环境学家的理论不对，因为现阶段雌海龟反而变多了，所以污染没有对海龟造成影响。

答案B就否定了这个论点。因为现在回到海滩的雌海龟，是10年前生的，很五年前的污染没关系。而污染造成的影响要从那时算起的十年后才会看到。

我早上做题的时候没看清楚。后来再想想，这题的逻辑还是挺清晰的。是我不好，如果误导了大家

at the end of 19 century是过去时的标志 但是过去完成时也可以用 关键是你看要这个用了过去完成时的动作是不是 过去的过去

I had finished my homework before my mom came back. had finished就是过去(我妈回来)的过去

SC中经常的错误是无故加过去完成时 即在没有明显时态标志---过去的过去 的情况下改变原句的时态 变成过去完成时 OG中不乏这样的例子 还有同理 无故变成现在完成时 无故去掉现在完成时 也是常用GMAT的忽悠伎俩

一定要看清楚题目有没有明显时态标志。

错的多不怕的。你要是什么都不错才恐怖，就是你可能对了 但思路不对 那上考场才完蛋 现在正好用这些错题去纠正思路

没事的 GWD会越做越好的 你阅读不错 继续啊 要知道多少人考试都会选择放弃阅读 因为太难入门和提高了

XXZ5838兄，你没有误导大家啊。我一开始也没有想明白这题。其实是要看清楚现在来下蛋的龟龟不是被污染的龟龟这个差异。逻辑的差异和gap有时候很隐秘。这个题中就是five years这么一个限定起作用，如果忽略的，就会想不出。我以后看题也要仔细。

这个题目是prep320的，正确答案我没有问题，只是我看到E的解释说时态不对，我回头一看题目，那个时间词标志，自己判断是格过去，但是发现远句中也用了had installed

 electricity was in less than one percent of homes这个状况是出现在， 那些地方装了电照明之后，所以前面用过去完成时，后面用一般过去时。
