8-weeks if you applied early. they expect the applications to peak in Jan/Feb

af is good for big 4. they recruit collectively over 2500 people every year in London

certain rules are quite strict...i am afraid that it will be problem...

but i think they have reasonable basis for that. if you cant catch up with the rest of the class, that will be an even worse situation, isn't it?

well, i guess you do not have a decent interest in LSE, but i will still make some points here 

my posting is about "finance programmes", specifically, MsF, MFE.

the two courses together will only take about 130 ppl global every year from thousands of applicants.

LSE has a very high teaching standard and the course works are tough. many students (not only chinese, all) found it hard to cope with the study. Therefore, they dont have time to look for a job. Furthermore, the adverse conditions in the market make job hunting an extremely laborious task.
    

you may be suspicious about what i am saying, but those are the hard facts
    

frankly speaking, your background does not stand a good chance to get admitted by the MsF programme.....if you have looked through the CVs of my classmates. I can give an abtract of the profiles later on
    

after all, LSE is not begging for your application

you only need to scan the original copy and attach it in your application. LSE makes the application extremely flexible, and only ask for original copies of the successful applicants. thats the business effectiveness-- savings on both time and money

班里同学背景很复杂，列举几个

A: Bank of America, trader, 3 year w/e, 已经是associate, 辞了工作来读

B: LSE undergraduate, DB, Citi internship,已经有了 Citi Full time offer, delay 1 year to take this course.

C: 1 year w/e at Goldman sales and trading, still looking for job

D: Cambridge econs first class honor, goldman trading internship, still looking for job

E: 这个比较倒霉，开始了 2 months full time work at Lehman Brothers...然后....然后来读这个...LSE econs 1:1

F: 8 years w/e in the most profitable bank in China, Investment banking division, project manager (实在是佩服!)

G: Cambridge Maths major ,top 10 of the cohort ( Cam maths is definitely world top class)

以上所有人都是1:1, or 10% of the class
