此题选A我没有疑义,但是我疑惑的是A里的 and 后面为什么没有平行的 that?

还有一个小问题,prep语法笔记里test2里12题说到: while 和 stimulataneously 重复, 但是之前的我记得prep语法里有一题是while at the same time作为正确选项....为什么? while到底和表示"同时'的意思的重复不?
