Any good recruiting companies in China?

Does anybody know some good recruiting companies in China? I intend to go back and work in China in the near future. I am an MBA in finance/accouting, working in u.s. for 2 years already. I am looking for a job in finance/accounting field in China.

In addition, I need to finish my cpa exam first in u.s. now.  but I wonder how much value it is for a person with u.s. cpa certificate.
