Background: 7 years working in China, 2 years in Canada
GMAT: <700; Toefl: >280
Interview: Tough One.
I have been speaking for one and half hours
about my background, and future career goals.

Lucky, I won the addmission
because I did show them the strongest points about myself.
And of course, these points match Ivey's requirements.

Hippo: 我想知道group discussion要多久，是project的讨论吗，
几人一组，多久，那方面的内容？
另外face to face的个人interview又会问是么？多长时间？
另外，你的GMAT和Toefl大概是多少？你的financail问题是怎么解决的？

My case was different from you.
I had an interview with an alumni in Toronto.
Just two of us talked about my case for one and half hours.
And I guess that probably because of lots applicants, your case will be more open.
If you have group discussion, try to impress the interviewer about your confidence, speaking and participation.
Then answer this question for yourself:
will this interviewer take me as his team member in IVEY MBA program? Good luck.

Rachel,

I think that different interviewers will ask different questions.
Basically, all the interviewers will have a program in school and volunteer to be the interviewers after they graduate.
For example, one of my friend had the interview a day before mine, with an alumni as well.
But this interview did not ask many questions as mine.
So there is no standard interview process.
I don't wanna you know my questions, because I believe that it might mislead you.

My suggestion: be yourself
and think how to become a suitable team member they will like under your background. As you know,
confidence, participation and contribution will be the key issues you should impress the interviewers.
