Corporate Transaction Services focus on shaping deals for
consulting and outsourcing engagements and building new businesses such as joint
ventures and operating companies, alliances and equity investment
transactions.
A CTS Manager is
responsible for supervising financial shaping and structuring for large, complex
Outsourcing and Consulting arrangements.
Key responsibilities may
include:
• Managing the parallel development of Client Business Case, the
Accenture Business Case (including CTA) and working closely with Client's
Finance Team to reinforce the client value proposition
•
reparing costing
analysis to ensure consistency with deal shape
• Researching and analyzing
relevant cost drivers and fixed and variable cost profiles in an IT service
environment
•
erforming analytical reviews of client budget analysis and
identifying missing information
•
reparing schedules of open issues and
proposed action plan to address shortfalls in readiness for Accenture deal
approval
• Working with deal teams to prepare analyses of appropriate pricing
algorithms
• Assisting deal teams with 360-degree analysis to understand
risks and opportunities for client, for Accenture and other stakeholders;
analyzing financial impact of potential outcomes
• Ensuring primary research
is conducted by the appropriate GAAP expert (US, IAS and local) to get clear
understanding of risks and opportunities of deal shape when overlaid by each
stake holder's regulatory environment
• Coordinating with legal and tax
support to assure Client and Accenture tax efficiency and
legality
•
reparing draft Client Capital Requests
• Analyzing financial
impact of target solution in terms of debt, equity and working
capital
•
reparing financial schedules and analysis in support of business
plans or other written documents that can be used in raising finance from 3rd
parties/approval from Accenture Capital Committee/Corporate Development
Investment Committee
•
articipating in the creation of budgets for profit
and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow
• Creating financial framework and
structure for deals
• Assuming a lead role in representing the CTA at team
meetings and executive briefings
• Executive review of all new
opportunities
• Developing deep CTS skills in the CTS specialists assigned to
support specific new opportunities
