Hi can someone take my question about the recommedation letter please?
Please comment on the context of your interaction with the applicant. How long have you known the applicant and in what connection? If applicable, briefly describe the applicant's role in your organization. (250-word limit)
Please describe the most important piece of constructive feedback you have given the applicant. Please detail the circumstances and the applicant's response. (250-word limit)
Please make additional statements about the applicant's performance, potential, or personal qualities you believe would be helpful to the MBA Admissions Board. (250-word limit)
Does HBS want the recommender submit a letter that contain answers to three questions or submit the response to each question seperately? Thanks!
One question from me - do you think it actually matters whether the application is made before the 1st round deadline or the 2nd? Any input would be much appreciated.
About three quarters of admitted students in HBS receive financial aid, including different grants and loans. The amount of financial aid varies, due to your financial status and your qualification of receiving speicific aids. In addition, HBS fellowship is need-based.
According to school, it doesn't affect your application result solely because you apply for the first round or second round. However, for each specific round, make sure that you submit application before deadline.
As per specific content/question in the application system, we strongly suggest you contact admission office directly. Admission office is the only official source of answers to admission related questions.
From a student perspective, we believe that it is your personal quality NOT your family members that helps you get admitted.
Strongly suggest that you conduct your school visit before May. Since final exams take place in early May, campus tour, class visit and student lunch closes at certain time before exams.
