想问一下HBS有没有winter information见面会在国内，其他学校基本是利用winter break时间在12月在北京，上海等地。如果有的话就太好了，期待消息！

我目前是在一个顶尖咨询公司作一个non-business facing role, 是为公司做marketing的。
        通过我毕业之前在Forbes4个月实习，我发现自己对finance / Private banking  还是非常感兴趣。我申请的主要目的是为了change track.我只有2年工作经验，年纪非常小，不知道我申请HBS成功几率可能有多大。
            Admission officer是不是把所有中国大陆申请者放在一个bracket里面来挑选呢？这样junior professional是不是机会少很多？在美国貌似top mba学校，如Wharton都会招部分本土年纪较小，工作经验少的学生，对国外学生是不是要求不同？

According to my observation,HBS students' length of working experiences range from 0 year to over 7 years. Average is 4 years(Not official statistics, you can find the answer on HBS website). The key is not how many years you have worked but how well you demonstrated your leadership potential.

ibanker and consultant会得到ad officer的青睐，那么你认为他们一般来讲比其他行业申请者突出的特质是什么？是heavy workload还是门槛本身要高？

吸引ad officer的特质又是什么？

To Withmoon,
Every applicant needs not only demonstrate his or her outstanding strengths but more important, convince admission officer through your stories. It's not specific trait but your whole consistent and convincing package that attracts schools. Each school are looking for quite different sets of characteristics or styles of applicants who fit with the school. But I think Leadership, teamwork mindset are primary characteristics that most schools are looking for. Hope it helps.
