It is natural that people have different opinions, open to discuss and talk and work as a team. As a manager, open-minded is always good to make right decisions and build cooperative teams. The second stage would be to provide room for people to develop, both individual and technical competencies and assist on his way. It would go up to every stage and everyone in it would benefit so that the whole team and company would benefit as a result. You're supposed to improve yourself year on year. (but you need to be open-minded and introspective first to make effort for improvement) If you can join such a company when you're young, you're lucky. When it comes to the third stage, a team is more like a family. It's not in a sense of a true family, but rather a team with trust, respect, and a lot of sharings that can hold each other together to face work challenges. And it also means having fun together. Work is hard enough, but a family-like team can make all pressure and workload much more easier. The first one is a must for me. The second one is preferred, especially at my stage when I still need to develop myself. The third one is ideal, but is hard to find, as it requires a group of people sharing the same values and work attitude, and can treat each other with caring heart but still be professional. |
