Suppose n=10a+b where a<10 & b<10

the tenth of n-9 is 1 (即n-9 的十位是1)
=> (10a+b-9)/10=1
=>10a+b=19
=>a=1 & b=9

(the profit of A and B combined)/(total cost of A and B)
= ((Pa-Ca)+(Pb-Cb)) / (Ca+Cb)
