设M的速度为VM, 时间为TM; L的速度为LM, 时间为TL
则(VM*TM+VL*TL)/(TM+TL)=90
VL*TL=90TM+90TL-VM*TM<90TM+90TL-100TM=90TL-10TM<90TL-10TL=80TL
所以VL<80
偶只是为了严谨起见,做了上述推倒. 实际上上述过程可以在脑子里很快完成.

I think D is correct

Suppose n=10a+b where a<10 & b<10

the tenth of n-9 is 1 (即n-9 的十位是1)
=> (10a+b-9)/10=1
=>10a+b=19
=>a=1 & b=9

what if n=20~28
the tenth of n-9 is also 1
then the answer would be A
