 1. Manager-Account Payable based in Shanghai.
 
 Duties and responsibilities:
 The successful candidate will play a key role to assist team head in managing
 Accounts Payable team in China with below main duties:
 1. Perform on site supervision on AP team Perform review and exercise control
 on below to ensure each payment made is in compliance with firm’s policy as w
 ell as local regulatory requirements: - invoice checking with valid tax receip
 ts, authorized signatories - data input on to Accounts Payable system - paymen
 ts including but not limited to petty cash, employees’ T&E claims and vendors
 by check or telegraphic transfer - account coding - journals entries Reconcil
 iation of various bank accounts under different entities Responsible for the f
 unding of all the bank accounts operated by Accounts Payable Annual accrual of
 expenses process Communicate with various banks for bank statements enquiries
 , bank account maintenance, updating authorized banking signatories, foreign e
 xchange conversion request etc.
 2. Assist in providing support during internal and external audit Ad-hoc proje
 cts such as roll out of expense reimbursement system in China offices etc.
 3. Ensure all telephone and email enquiries are dealt with properly and prompt
 ly
 
 Job Qualification:
 • At least 5 years working experience in accounts payable areas of multi
 national companies
 • Hands-on experience of the main responsibilities as mentioned under jo
 b descriptions
 • Holding of qualified accounting certificates preferable
 • With mature attitude and committed
 • Detail oriented, high accuracy with integrity
 • Good analytical mind

 2.Real Estate Controller, Senior Manager based in Shanghai.
 
 Duties and responsibilities:
 The successful candidate will play a key role to assist team head in real esta
 te control team in China with below main duties:
 1. Be able to interpret business agreements, address issue and execute plans f
 rom Controllers perspective. Have a considerable amount of interaction with th
 e local business unit, SPC finance team, Tax, Legal, global controller counter
 parts…etc.
 2. Consist of supervising offshore staff, overseeing projects, managing client
 requests and conducting requests to support the fast-growing business in Chin
 a. Review accounting policy and provide accounting advice for real estate new
 businesses. Evaluate financial, booking and reporting requirement for new busi
 nesses.
 3. Oversee documentation of accounting processes. Construct/monitor/review tra
 nsfer pricing and management charge model amid changing business needs. Revenu
 e/Expense analysis, PBT/PAT Analysis
 4. Oversee billing calculations and functions; ensure calculations are in acco
 rdance with applicable agreements and local regulations.
 5. Coordinate, review and interpret financial statements and management report
 s; exercise balance sheet and p&l control; highlight risk and take appropriate
 action; ensure accounting and reporting consistency.
 6. Interface with business unit including acquisitions team and asset managers
 to address ad hoc requests and analyses. • Interface with SPC finance t
 eam, global controller counterparts, Legal, Tax. etc. to plan for business ini
 tiatives and resolve issues.
 
 
 Job Qualification:
 • University graduate with Accounting Major
 • Over 8 years of experience in accounting firms
 • Strong communication skills as the role require working with counterpa
 rts across locations and servicing internal clients.
 • Ability to work independently; proactive and take initiative.
