Maybe
we can use wiki to discuss, control and trace our case deeply,

My frame work:

assume the region bank profits from collecting the service fees.

Product analysis
What is the competitive advantage which customers are valuing? --- will call center model maintain / lose / reinforce it?

Customer analysis:
does customer have such demand, which call center offers?

Competitor analysis:
what will the market react? --- can we deal with it? or how can we hedge the attack?

Financial viability analysis:
do we have the resource to initiate the transformation?

I have seen so many guys here sign up for the case practice. Has there actully any practice been done offline yet? If you guys really want to get into consult, you guys may think about rolling off the sleeve and doing it now, instead just talking. (Maybe I am wrong, i just feel no one actually practice.)

Just finish my first study, it is little hectic. But overall it is manageable. Get into consulating need case practice.
