Issue 3: Cost benefit analysis: twig 1: what is the evaluation criteria? Payback period or NPV? twig 2: What is the upfront investment? Issue 4 Risk/mitigation Twig 1: will it diminish our customer satisfaction? twig 2: how to ensure a smooth transition twig 3: will it be consistent with any long term strategy such as, plan to go nationwide instead of keeping regional? After generating above issue tree, you need create hypothesis on each twig and prove or disapporve it by questions or business sense. In the end wrap up your analysis in a concise way.
