问题是在中国找不到工作呀。。似乎读个MBA是在中国找到工作唯一的希望了，否则，真不知道该怎么办了。。

but don't u think a high degree is quite necessary in chinese job market taking consideration of more and more masters and phds coming up?

if i don't have master degree i definitely can't get my present position in the fund management company, cos it's a must for an equity research analyst.

i said he couldn't find a job, it doesn't mean he can't find anywhere but just in china. why? because he doesn't have a powerful network which is necessary here. besides, his read and written chinese is not good enough to compete for a position with chinese candidates. but MBA is well known for its alumini network which should be a help. and the given chinese training course can also help him improve his chinese skill, isn't it?

Right, if could not find a job now, MBA could not do help also.

so can we assume that if i couldn't find a job in fund management companies before i got my master degree, then i still couldn't get it afterwords? but actually i got it! because master degree is necessary for an analyst.

calm down, 你的情况和你BF情况不一样的. 

在CD, 网友们只能说自己的看法, 而你也根据自己情况分析. 我建议你问下长江的官员, 我们有过中文不好的同学, 就是国外很多年, 就可以简单听说的那种, 通过长江一年的学习, 成功的国内找到工作.  如果你需要, 他们可以告诉你更详细的.

对不起，我不是故意的，我道歉。

我的意思是说，他在中国找不到工作并不代表能力不行，事实上他现在在澳大利亚刚面试了一份工作，对方是一个即将上市的healthcare方面的公司，对他很满意，并且告诉他，如果愿意留下，将来会有更多的position提供给他。只是我不想就这么分开，所以执意让他回来。

如果读MBA不是一个解决问题的办法，我也希望可以听到更好的建议，我并不像其他学员一样期待着30W的高薪，我的要求，就是希望和中国人在一个起点上。

当然，太垃圾的工作谁都不想做，比如在外资投资公司做tele sales那种

现在只是希望通过系统的学习加上理论的提高能够有一个平等的平台，毕竟，现在中国人的学历越来越高，就算是一个中国的本科生在就业市场上也非常没有竞争力，何况语言方面又不是中国人的对手呢？

事实上，在中国低级的职位是不需要外国人的，而高级的职位也需要更高的学历，这是我鼓励他读MBA的初衷，因为本来他是想在澳大利亚读一个masters degree，但是这样即使读完，也还是在中国找不到工作，所以我才想，不如读一个本土MBA，更有本土视野。
