一共买的东西Less than 11
每个东西的价格All round to 5




估计值是 5, 实际值取极端例子: 都是5.5当然要小于5.5一点点

5.5-5=0.5 每一个真实值和估计值差0.5

0.5×10个东西 （<11）

所以5<6      都是4.5，同理也一样

其它三个忘了，大概就都长这样.
算法是：把答案中的分数全加起来，
(1) w/3+ w/3 +w/3 三个都被三整除，不会有余数是1的情形，事实上其它选项也都会犯这个错，分母加起来通通是3W
(2) (w-1)/3 + (w-1)/3 + w/3 = (3W-2)/3 这个总人数应为除3余1了！答案就是他！

my answer: A

we need two premises, a) how many items we bought;b) difference between truth cost and calculated cost of each item

1)we bought <=11 items, round to nearest integer, the max difference is lim(0.4999999....)=0.5, 11*0.5=5.5<6, sufficient
2)still, the max difference is 0.5, but no information about how many items, not sufficient
