一会儿没来经营就沉到第二页来了 来汇报一下最新进展: 昨天发了第三封邮件给ETS,主要是要他们快点处理。昨晚11点多收到第三个回信要我给点时间他们处理。今天又发了第四个邮件给ETS: 贴出来给大家参考: Dear Sir or Madam: Thank you for your reply. I appreciate what you have done for me. However, one of my friend who had the same problem with me got a responce from you after he got a CASE ID . Below is the reply to him from ETS: Dear XXX: We have received your email regarding the iBT TOEFL exam you had taken on September 14, 2007. There are numerous versions of the TOEFL exam with many levels of difficulty. However, due to the nature of your inquiry, two ETS specialists carefully reviewed the Listening section of your exam. There were no technical issues with your exam. The scoring was reevaluated and the score for the Listening section is correct. If you have any further questions, please contact us. TOEFL Services TRACKING NUMBER: A00006171361-00023937170. If you will give a same response to me, I don't think it's enough and convinced. So, please give me specific details of the scoring for the listening section: how many questions that I gave wrong answers to, and please give me the sequence numbers of the questions ; Did I leave some questions and did not give answers to them, if any, please give the sequence numbers of these questions to me ( I am sure that I have answered all the questions). I think, as a examinee, I have the right to know the details of this problem. If you said that the scoring was reevaluated and the score for the Listening section is correct without giving me the details I want, I will consider indicting ETS with many test takers who face the same situation and have the same claim as me in the court if we can't get content results. |
