听力阅读得个位数的快向ETS complain 可立案复查，复查结果已经出来

我目前还健在,只是对ETS已经完全失望了,不知道是办事效率低还是在逃避问题,现在还没有给我答复.前阵子我每天一个邮件去催.回信内容大致如下:In response to your inquiry, your case is still being investigated. We
apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

We will forward this(指我要他们赶快处理) to the department that is working on your case. As soon as there is resolution, you will be contacted.
我的offer已经被取消了,恨死ETS了

好久没有上来经营贴子了，今天刚收到ETS最后的调查结果，发上来给大家看看：
We have received your inquiry regarding the iBT TOEFL that you had
 taken on November 2, 2007.

In your inquiry, you are questioning the correctness of your test score
 in the Listening section. After a review of your examinee performance
 record, we can confirm that your test score is accurate. In your case
 you did not answer enough questions correctly to get a higher test score
 in the section mentioned above.

The iBT TOEFL test does not have a question and answer service that
 would disclose the detailed scoring information that you are requesting.
 Nevertheless we have taken your challenge seriously and have had your
 test and others chosen at random from the Fall of 2007 to be checked for
 accuracy by the TOEFL statistical and assessment staff. Their
 conclusion is that they could not find any scoring discrepancies or technical
 problems.

We hope this information is helpful to you. If you have further
 questions or concerns, please contact us. We wish you success in all your
 professional endeavors.
结论：ETS不是东西，大家对它的RP不要抱太大希望
