Thank you for your reply.
Maybe you have misunderstood me. In my Email, I want to complain for
what have happened to me and many other test taters from mainland
China. I have made many calles to NEEA, but they saied we must contact you
directly.
As far as I know, there are many test takers who got an unbelievable
low listening score though they think they did very well in the
listening section as well as the other three sections . So we think there is
something wrong with the test system.
 lease check my score in the listening part to find out the problem
of the score system.

Thank you for notice.
I am a test taker of TOEFL from mainland China, and I took the TOEFL
IBT exam on November 2nd this year for the second time. Surprisingly, I
got only 7 points in the listening part, while in the first toefl exam I
took on Oct 21st I got 19 points in listening part. Moreover I think I
did better in the second time. So, I think maybe there is something
wrong with the score system. Could you check the score in the listening
part for me?
Addition to that, as far as I know, there are so many test takers
around me who got an unbelievable low listening score that maybe resulted
from the problem of test system, that this situation must be noticed by
you.
As for me, I am applying the Mphil program which
will be started on January 1st 2008 and the school asks me to supply
the offical score report before December 1st 2007. So, could you check
the score for me as soon as possibe. It is really an important study
opportunity for me, and I can't lose it. Please help me!
