In D, it seems to correspond with the subject Argentina. But how can a half of a country go to America, rather than the country's honey?

我认为应该选A，E中的 with表伴随，9tons 不应该是此伴随动作的发出者。

A中的 which是否只能指代就近的markets，而不能指代前面独立主格中的9tons？
