以下是引用olivia在2006-12-3 12:04:00的发言: The two schools have very different styles. IU is strong in arts, while urdue is strong in science. As to B-school, Kelley is good at marketing and corporate finance (Kelley's accounting is very strong). Purdue is said to have a strong operation major, but I am not sure.
Thank you.
What about the General Management and Strategy Management focus in Kelley?
Could any one provide some infomation about IUB's MPA program? I heard that MPA program students are joined with MBA students who concentrates in Accounting. I really want to know how hard it is to get a job offer after graduate from IUB though I already know it is very hard. And I want to know how could the students from such a great university could not find a job? Is location more important than the school for master of accounting?(not MBA)
I applied for MBA finance and was invited to take an interview on Friday, Dec 15. I was told that the interviewer's name is Anubhav Ranjan. Is he/she an admission staff or a second-year student? what's the percentage of admission among the people invited to take an interview?

U r so lucky. I was interviwed by Gale who serves in career service and she asked me many tough questions. But I am in the MPA program not MBA. So good luck.
I will apply for Kelley and Purdue MBA in round 2, focusing on general management or stragety management. Would you please say something about the two neighbor universities which rank so close in both BusinessWeek and US News.
Thanks. Wish you a good start in Indian.
I think our general management and entrepreneurship should be better than Boilermakers. They are relatively stronger in strongly quantatitive things.

We have strong faculty in strategy management, so I am sure you can get a great academic experience. We have quite a few leadership rotation opportunities, but I am not sure if the competition is fierce.

Are you applying the full time MBA program? We don't have a particular MBA finance program.
