I am planning to apply for Cam MBA this year, but an essay frustrates me for a couple of days.

这个essay是可以随便发挥的，可以写职业目标，也可以写个人生活，看自己的package哪部分比较缺就写那部分好了。通常work life balance，个人理想，业余爱好，contribution to community是比较流行的内容。象我，就以一个我的偶像开篇，bla了一长段。总之，题材很多，关键在于怎么表现自己的闪光点。

Another question about the application form:

How to address the "Level of Competition"?? I guess I have to provide the info. I.e how many people can get this award among XXX candidates?  But due to the limited frame space, is there any professionaland concise expression to explain the situation?
