如過要用 N1 and N2 一樣古老，那前面出現的 a thousand years 就很奇怪了

比较是很复杂，我做题的方法是先看比较的部分是主语，还是其他部分。一般主语比较要在than 之后补出谓语动词，这样不会造成歧义。

回到题中885 sec 3-24 比较的是宾语，如果补出was 但不知道was 是什么成分。

170 中虽然making the construction industry’s economic health much more robust than five years ago 做伴随状语但比较的含义是 the contruction industry's economic health( is )much more robust than it was five years ago 所以比较的还是主语，要不出it was 再than 之后，才不会造成歧义。
