I enrolled in MBA program of Owen Graduate School of Management of Vanderbilt University this year. So far my experience in Owen is excellent and I enjoyed a lot!

Total 5 Mainland Chinese students are enrolled this year, every one got scholarship and 2 of us even received full scholarship. Owen is very generous, isn't it?

4 of us already have a master degree from top university in China and an average 5~6 year working experience. GMAT score varies from middle 600 to upper 700 (I was told it is 780). The person with 780 GMAT was rewarded with full tuition scholarship plus extra living allowance each month.

上次MBA tour 的时候和Vanderbilt的associate dean面试感觉很好，但还是对他家在career progress上到底有多大程度上的帮助有点担心和疑虑的说...

Good question!

In the class of 2007, there is only one student from mainland China, and he did his summer internship with KraftCPAs, an independent certified public accounting firm in middle Tennessee. While there are five students from Taiwan, they did their internship with Citigroup, Hewlett Packard, FedEx and Owen School.

A lot of companies come to Owen to hold information sessions, I have not counted how many of them in total and how many sponsor international students. I need to check with our Career Management Center for more detailed information. Will come back to you.

Hehe, Dan Warner is a very nice gentleman. He interviewed me in Shanghai in this Feb.

Actually I feel that everyone in Owen's Admission Office and CMC is warm-hearted and helpful, though one or two of them look cool :-)
