 B is not right. This problem is very tricky. I bet most of the 老外 will become 头疼. Look at :   Fact 2) The overall rate of acceptance of domestic films was significantly higher than that of foreign films. then look at:    B) Significantly more domestic films than foreign films were submitted to the festival It is obviously impossible to get B right when you consider that in every catergory they both have the same rate as claimed by Fact 1. If B is changed to the opposite: Less domestic films than foreign films were submitted to the festival.  Then B can be right. This problem is just a matter of manipulating the numbers. your example was not right b/c your acceptance rates are different in both catergories. Look at the example below:       Domestic: 1:   8/80            9/90         30/300 Foreign:   2:   2/20            1/10         70/700 Do the math yourself , you will see the difference. The correct answer is E
